In a conscious relationship, the idea is to learn how to reclaim full responsibility for yourself—your wounds, your needs, your healing, your choices, your participation in dysfunction—and to take a journey deeper into yourself to face and overcome anything that obstructs your path to total emotional and psychological freedom (like limiting beliefs, and feelings of unworthiness).
